Transformed

Another step inside,
The deepening of the trench's pride,
Another quest continues,
Stranded in the midnight hues.
Deep in the ocean, a wave cries,
Another soul of it's thirst dies,
Another question in the ocean of mind,
In search of the pearl it has to find.
A drop added, a drop removed,
Not a change in the sea so crude,
A blink that the soul would easily miss,
A sign too small to give it bliss.
Another roar, a great uprising,
The fear of another rebellion rising,
Kept at bay, that thought astray,
Near too soon to engulf it's prey.
And with it, it takes another life,
Another mind lost in it's stride,
How it emerges on the other side,
Transformed through the course of the fight.
