It's a state,
It's a feeling.
And each one is entitled
To live through it,
And get through it,
Just how one needs to.
Some snap out if it.
Some live there for months.
For some it might become
A state of being.
Until the day,
It decides to leave them
And walk out of their home.
Grief is not a competition.
